The coaching, shadow work integration, and intuitive offerings provided by Shannon Graham Coaching are designed for personal growth, self-discovery, and soul alignment.
Although Shannon Graham holds a license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), services offered through this business are strictly non-clinical life coaching and shadow alchemy, NOT psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical care.
No Therapeutic Relationship: Engaging in coaching, shadow work, or purchasing products/services does not establish a licensed therapist-client relationship.
Not a Substitute for Healthcare: Services, website content, and materials are not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any mental health condition, psychiatric disorder, or medical illness.
Scope of Practice & Crisis Limitations
My services are designed for individuals who are emotionally stable, self-reflective, and seeking personal expansion. I do not provide treatment, support, or management for individuals with serious mental illness, active psychiatric conditions, or suicidal ideation.
Seeking Professional Help: If you are experiencing severe mental health distress, active trauma responses, psychiatric symptoms, or thoughts of self-harm or suicide, you must seek support from a licensed mental health professional, psychiatric provider, or emergency service.
Emergency Resources: If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 988 (the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

While coaching is not legally governed by HIPAA regulations (which apply specifically to healthcare entities and insurance processing), I hold your personal information and session content to the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, drawing directly from the ethics and principles of professional discretion.
How Your Information Is Handled
Confidentiality of Sessions: Anything shared during discovery calls, coaching sessions, shadow work integration, or written communications remains strictly confidential. Your personal stories, session notes, and contact details will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Secure Storage: All client records, intake forms, and scheduling information are stored using secure, password-protected, and encrypted digital platforms.
Payment Security: All online financial transactions are processed securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways. Payment details are not stored on this website.
Exceptions to Confidentiality
In alignment with ethical standards and legal obligations, confidentiality may only be broken under the following extreme circumstances:
Imminent Risk of Harm: If there is a clear and immediate risk of serious physical harm or danger to yourself or others.
Child or Elder Abuse: If there is reasonable suspicion or disclosure of ongoing abuse, neglect, or exploitation of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult.
